Valdaora is located directly at the foot of the legendary Plan de Corones, the mountain for skiers and hikers. Surrounded by impressive peaks of the Dolomites such as Col Valacia, Piz da Peres, and Punta Tre Dita, it offers breathtaking views of the Puster Valley and the town of Bruneck.
For hiking enthusiasts, Valdaora is a true paradise: numerous trails lead to traditional mountain huts where you can enjoy South Tyrolean and Puster Valley specialties. In summer, the Nature Fitness Park offers routes for Nordic walking, mountain biking, and indoor climbing, while families can enjoy playgrounds, an outdoor swimming pool, and a 3D archery course.
In winter, Valdaora becomes a destination for skiers and snowboarders thanks to the 121 km of well-groomed slopes at Plan de Corones, suitable for all skill levels. Those who prefer a quieter pace can enjoy snowshoe hikes.
