During the winter season, San Vito di Cadore is the perfect destination for those seeking a holiday focused on skiing and fun in the snow. The town hosts the Ski Area San Vito and the Parco NeveSole, a ski complex with a ski school and a snow playground, ideal for families and for those who want to learn to ski or improve their technique. Located just a few minutes’ walk from the center, the area offers nine ski slopes of varying difficulty, perfect for both beginners and more experienced skiers. Thanks to its panoramic location and accessible services, it is the ideal place to spend days enjoying sports, fresh air, and spectacular landscapes. Additionally, the proximity to Cortina d’Ampezzo allows easy access to the renowned Dolomiti Superski ski area, expanding opportunities for those seeking thrills on larger trails.

In summer, San Vito transforms into a true paradise for hikers and mountain lovers: from here, panoramic routes depart towards Monte Pelmo, Antelao, and the Marmarole. For bike enthusiasts, the Dolomiti cycle path is a must, retracing the route of the old railway and connecting Calalzo to Dobbiaco, passing through Cortina d’Ampezzo.
