Nestled in the heart of Trentino, at the foot of the majestic Pale di San Martino, Fiera di Primiero captivates visitors with its authenticity, breathtaking landscapes, and living Alpine traditions. Walking through the town center feels like stepping into a typical Tyrolean village, with historic buildings and unique corners: the Gothic arcipretal church of Madonna dell’Assunta, the Palazzo delle Miniere with its loopholes, biforas, and Austrian-style projections, and the impressive Palazzo Welsperg, a testament to the valley’s history and culture.

The Family Green Way Primiero, a 20 km pedestrian and cycling route passing through the town, takes about 2.5 hours and winds through the entire valley, revealing characteristic villages, local traditions, and stunning natural views.

In summer, hikers and bikers can choose between easier trails or more challenging routes in the Paneveggio – Pale di San Martino Nature Park, among ancient forests, flower-filled meadows, and spectacular panoramas. In winter, Fiera’s strategic location provides easy access to the San Martino di Castrozza – Passo Rolle ski area and the Passo Cereda ski center, with slopes prepared for both alpine and cross-country skiing amid fairytale snowy landscapes.
