Discovering Bolbeno

Nestled in the heart of the Giudicarie Esteriori at 570 meters above sea level, Bolbeno is a charming village in Trentino, part of the municipality of Borgo Lares. Surrounded by lush alpine meadows at the foot of Monte Piza, Bolbeno offers sweeping views over the scenic Busa di Tione, where the Sarca River meets the Arnò stream.

With Roman origins, Bolbeno preserves traces of its ancient past through archaeological finds and historical records. The village features symmetrical streets, traditional fountains, vegetable gardens, and rustic-elegant houses with wooden balconies, stone portals, and carved gables.
