Discovering Avio

Nestled at the foot of Monte Baldo and crossed by the Adige River, Avio is dominated by the majestic Castello di Avio, one of the oldest castles in Trentino. With 14th-century frescoes and crenellated towers, the castle offers a spectacular view of the valley and tells centuries of medieval history.
