Alla scoperta di Lago Madrano
Il Lago di Madrano, situato nel comune di Pergine Valsugana a 548 metri di altitudine, è uno dei più suggestivi tra i cosiddetti “piccoli laghi del perginese”, insieme al Lago di Canzolino, Lago Costa e al biotopo Lago Pudro. Di origine naturale e dalle dimensioni contenute (circa 0,0078 km²), è incorniciato da un bosco igrofilo e canneti che ne fanno un habitat ideale per la fauna locale.
Le sue acque limpide e smeraldine ospitano una ricca varietà di specie ittiche: scardole, gardon, cavedani, alborelle, pesci gatto, triotti, persici reali e persici trota, oltre a una piccola popolazione di tartarughe palustri americane (Trachemys scripta scripta). Questo lo rende una meta apprezzata per la pesca sportiva, regolata secondo le norme provinciali.
Il lago è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o in bicicletta da Pergine, ed è ideale per passeggiate rilassanti, birdwatching e fotografia naturalistica. Il percorso che lo collega agli altri laghi della zona è parte di un itinerario panoramico e naturalistico molto frequentato, perfetto per chi ama il turismo lento e sostenibile.
