Alla scoperta di Ala
Ala, incantevole borgo situato nella Vallagarina, è una delle perle nascoste del Trentino. Conosciuta come la “Città di Velluto” per il suo passato legato alla produzione del pregiato velluto di seta, Ala conserva ancora oggi un'eleganza raffinata, tra palazzi barocchi, vie acciottolate e antiche dimore nobiliari.
Passeggiare nel centro storico di Ala significa fare un salto nel tempo: le facciate affrescate, i portali in pietra e i cortili nascosti raccontano storie di commercianti e artisti che hanno fatto grande questo luogo nei secoli passati. Non a caso, Ala è uno dei pochi borghi trentini ad essere stato insignito della Bandiera Arancione del Touring Club Italiano.
Immersa in un paesaggio naturale di grande bellezza, tra vigneti, boschi e montagne, Ala è anche punto di partenza ideale per escursioni nella Lessinia, sul Monte Baldo e lungo il fiume Adige. Gli amanti della natura possono percorrere itinerari a piedi o in bicicletta, mentre chi cerca cultura potrà visitare il Museo del Pianoforte Antico o partecipare agli eventi del suggestivo festival “Ala Città di Velluto”, che ogni estate anima il borgo con musica, spettacoli e rievocazioni storiche.
