Objevování Storo

Located at the southern tip of Trentino, Storo is one of the most important centers of the Valle del Chiese and the Giudicarie area. Surrounded by majestic mountains and crossed by the Chiese river, the village represents a perfect balance between alpine landscape and rural traditions. Storo is known throughout Italy for its renowned yellow flour, the basic ingredient of the authentic polenta di Storo, a symbol of local gastronomic culture. Its particular quality derives from the "nostrano" corn cultivated in the area and ground according to traditional methods that preserve its flavor and nutritional values intact.
